it's closer to four stars and a spy story more than a mystery story, but I'm working within the shelves that I have. Noto's art is superb, and the stories start out as single missions but are leading up to a larger conspiracy that is intriguing. my only beef is that the theme is really hammered into every narration - I assume this is for the readers of the floppies who have to pick up the (finely woven) thread every month or whatever. in a compiled volume it made me want to yell "I get it already!! She's atoning for her crimes and feels like she can't let people in!"
